John Stone has done the incredible. He has reinvented himself.
Look at what he was able to accomplish in just 6 months (click the picture for a larger image):
He transforms himself from an out of shape middle-aged man to a college aged surfer jock.
My hat goes off to him for such a great show of will power and discipline.

Shoulder, knee pain - don't see why I should continue to risk injury. i'm very strong and can muscle up a decent amount of weight - those snatches are killer. What's the point really?

His website is www.johnstonefitness.com. You can get his info there. Bear in mind that while his results were great, he went way overboard on the training. Most of his transformation is due to the change in his diet and his above average genetics. Looks like he added 30-40 pounds of muscle after he bulked up and got fatter again.

Wow! Congratulations, and what a true inspiration. Anything else is marginal compared to his results. How much muscle mass change do you think there was? Or was the appearance mainly due to fat loss? Any diet/regimen info available?
